Returns
At PROTECbriefs we strive to offer the highest quality product at the lowest possible price passing along the greatest value to our customers. We understand that returns may be necessary from time to time and will work within the following parameters to make sure we provide the best service possible. Our customers’ satisfaction is the greatest return we could ask for.
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. All items must be in the original packaging. Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, will not be refunded.
Exceptions: If the product does not perform or fit as expected the item may be returned. If the item was used, it must be cleaned per wash instructions, packaged in a sealed plastic bag and returned. Used items returned will be disposed of upon receipt.
We offer free shipping for returns via a prepaid return label. Each customer is responsible for mailing returned items back to PROTECbriefs: Attn returns department: 7311 Menai Way, Blacklick OH 43004.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected an email notification will be sent to notify the customer that their return was received and a refund or credit has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to the card or original method of payment within seven days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If, after seven days, a refund has not been issued to the original payment method used, please contact us using the form at https://thegroomsmansuit.com/pages/contact-us or email info@thegroomsmansuit.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At PROTECbriefs, we understand that style and size exchanges may be necessary from time to time and will work within the following parameters to make sure we provide the best suit and service possible. Our customers’ satisfaction is the greatest return we could ask for.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on location, the return time it takes for the exchanged product to be delivered may vary. For items over $75, we recommend tracking the shipment and/or purchasing shipping insurance. PROTECbriefs is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipment.
